1. Commitment
NETJAM aims to make the retail website usable by a broad range of customers, including people who navigate with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing website quality task rather than a one-time claim of perfect conformance.
The site uses semantic HTML, visible focus states, form labels, alternative text for meaningful product images, keyboard-operable buttons and links, and responsive layouts intended to work on common mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes.
2. Motion, zoom, and layout
The design includes reduced-motion handling for users who request it through operating-system or browser preferences. Layouts are designed to reflow rather than require horizontal scrolling at common viewport sizes.
Users can use browser zoom and text resizing. Very unusual combinations of old browsers, extensions, or custom styles may affect presentation.
3. Forms
Customer, review, cart, and checkout forms use associated labels and validation messages. Success is shown only after the server reports that a request has been received. If a form cannot be used with a particular assistive setup, customers may contact NETJAM using the plain-text contact details below.
4. Feedback
Accessibility problems can be reported to NETJAM with the affected page, device or browser if known, and a short description of the barrier. NETJAM will use that information to evaluate practical improvements.
